Services

Pick the assessments that match your environment.

Each service stands alone or combines into a single engagement with one report.

01

Internal and External Network Assessment

A scan of your internal and internet-facing hosts, followed by a second pass in which an analyst verifies each preliminary finding.

Scoped by host count
02

Host Compromise Testing

An optional, non-destructive follow-on to the network assessment that shows how much real exposure a verified weakness creates. You decide which systems are off limits.

Optional add-on
03

Website Assessment

A review of your websites against the OWASP Top Ten web application security risks, with findings verified by an analyst. Signed-in testing is available.

Scoped by website
04

Wireless Network Assessment

An evaluation of the wireless networks at one location: how well they are protected, whether the guest network is kept apart from company resources, and how the setup compares with best practice.

Scoped by network name (SSID)
05

Password Audit

A measure of how strong the passwords in your Windows Active Directory domain really are, reported as overall strength and the share that fall short. For on-premises and hybrid directories.

Scoped by domain
06

Breach Report

A check of public breach data for accounts tied to your organization's email addresses, with the relevant details for each one found.

Scoped by email domain
07

Firewall Configuration Audit

A read-only review of firewall design, coverage and configuration against industry-standard guidance, ending in observations, recommendations and immediate action items.

Read-only access
08

Phishing Campaign

An authorized, simulated email campaign for your staff. Templates and timing are reviewed with you before anything is sent.

Up to four templates
09

Remediation Rescan

Once your team has worked through the first report, a repeat scan of the network or website confirms the fixes held.

Optional add-on
What you receive

A report you can act on.

We look past individual findings for the patterns behind them: gaps in process, inconsistencies and design weaknesses. Each finding is rated on a four-level scale so the order of work is clear.

Critical High Medium Low
  • Final report
Findings, their severity and the potential impact of each.
  • Recommendations
Drawn from vendor guidance, industry best practice and our experience running IT environments.
  • Findings presentation
A walkthrough of the results with your team.
  • A baseline
A reference point for tracking risk reduction over time.
How it works

Three phases, one project manager.

Nothing starts until you have signed a written authorization, and you are told before each scan runs.

Phase 1

Kickoff

We confirm scope, timeline and contacts, review your environment and change-control process, and agree what success looks like.

Phase 2

Assessment

We run the agreed assessments at the scheduled times. Automated results are reviewed and validated by an analyst before they count as findings.

Phase 3

Closeout

We deliver the final report, review it with you, collect your feedback and get your sign-off.

Getting ready

What we need from you.

A short list, settled before kickoff, keeps the engagement on schedule. Plan on about two weeks' notice to book the work.

  • 01Signed authorization. An authorized officer signs the form we provide.
  • 02A point of contact. One person, plus a backup, who knows the systems and can get decisions made.
  • 03Advance notice. Let your IT staff and service providers know the assessment is scheduled.
  • 04Scope details. The addresses, websites, wireless networks and domains to be covered, and anything to leave out.
  • 05Remote access. A VPN connection to the sites in scope, or we send a temporary device that provides a secure connection.
  • 06Verified backups. Confirm your data backups before work begins.
